Return and Refund Policy

We offer a 5-day return policy, which means you have 5 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible, your item must be:

  • In the same condition that you received it
  • Unopened, unused, and sealed
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

How to Start a Return

If your return request is accepted, we will provide:

Items sent back without prior return approval will not be accepted.

Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery.
If the item is damaged, defective, leaking, or if you received the wrong product, contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used perfumes
  • Personal care items
  • Custom or special-order items
  • Hazardous or flammable products
  • Sale items or gift cards

Exchanges

To exchange an item, please initiate a return first. After the return is approved, you may place a new order for the desired item.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you regarding the refund approval.

If approved:

  • Refund will be issued to your original payment method
  • Processing time: up to 10 business days
  • Bank posting time may vary
